On request, we offer all our products with a self-adhesive. Each adhesive is selected according to your requirements and applied to our products using our modern laminating plant. To improve adhesion on problematic surfaces, we have the possibility to increase the surface tension.
Using a thermal pressing process with upper and lower dies, we manufacture 3D parts mainly from thermoplastic foams such as PE or PP foam plastic. The structure is closed-cell and molded on all sides.
In our CAD construction, we are happy to check whether we can also realize your desired contour.
Kiss-cut die cutting is a die cutting process that enables fast processing when mounting the seals. The punching remnants or excess punching scrap is completely removed so that only the punched item remains on the carrier film.
Depending on your requirements, large rolls are slit into narrow rolls. These are mostly used as sealing tape or glazing tape. The roll width can vary between 6mm and 1500mm. The maximum possible outside diameter is 600mm. All of our common materials can be cut into narrow rolls within these specified values. We are also happy to supply you with endless strips on spools.
Our flatbed die cutting machines are designed for continuous operation for the production of large components. A maximum component size of 1500x2200mm is possible. Due to the very high cutting pressure, even very strong and thick materials can be punched.
This tool independent manufacturing process enables the realization of any conceivable 2D contour and is therefore a fast alternative to die cutting. In addition to all common materials, this process can be used to quickly produce both very small parts and seals up to a length of 3.00 m.
